Ears in the Yarn
by Kathrien Moondail

When she was a little tot
She loved yarn an awful lot

Her ebony coat and little white paws
She paid no heed to other cat’s law

She didn’t care what they had to say
She was happy in her own little way

But alas as time went on
She preferred to sun on the lawn

Still in her that kitten will dwell
As long as they have yarn to sell
