'Chef Cerr'

Minerva has a new tattoo in honor of her dedication to Odin. This tarot deck, Gilded Tarot called her name, it`s her first !

Opalline`s tenacity and quick thinking at work, saved the programme from closure. She also found out that she will be a mentor for the first year students at the YAAD course.

Cerr spread the wonderful news that the little miracle baby that was in the NICU got to go home a month ahead of time! On an unrelated note, Cerr passed her chef`s baking/pastry certification course with an A !

Cara started nursing school and is also following a programm at Sparkpeople that teaches sound eating and exercises principles.

Our dear Froggy has been diagnosed with throat cancer. The prognosis is for a complete cure, but he will have to undergo two months of intensive chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. He is fighting it every step of the way, even through complicated scheduling and travel difficulties!

Anonymous Friend has been 7 weeks smoke free(way to go!)!

Meph took a weekend road trip to Thermopolis in Wyoming to sell his Hand Made Wands at an event called `Pageants of the Waters`, a Craft fair and Native American Pow-Wow.

Sylvie built her first website and asked members to participate in an experiment related to her course.

Thieves broke in at Missy`s home. Nobody was hurt but the thieves ran off with a brand new laptop and a couple of other items.

Jami and Missy both announced that they are pregnant! Congrats Ladies!

Tarna II went for her one month after surgery check up and hopefully the physician was able to provide answers to her questions.

Anna booked her trip to Europe!

    Froggy and Liz dropped in on friends at The Museum of Witchcraft. It is thriving following a remarkably rapid rebuild, but they are having a difficult year with the whole place being surrounded by builders and temporary huts while Boscastle gets on with reconstructing itself.

    Charity announced that she wants to write a book in the near future.

    Patty is getting togheter her inventory of soaps and lotions to sell at craft shows this year, and participated in a swap - the theme was Decadent Desserts.

    Branwen and Bump won from Andrea a satin brocade butterfly poncho. There is a poll going on in the Grove to guess Branwen`s due date.

    Louise`s teenage daughter ran away from home. After three days, she was found and brought back by her brother and some friends.

    Mab is in the running to write a script about Syd Barett! She also passed her signing course!

    Georgia rescued an injured Hawk and brought it to the vet. It was healed and set free.

    Bella announced that Chelle is with her, in good spirits and will be renting their other place soon. On an unrelated note, Bella`s dad came in second in a karaoke contest.

    Jennie`s daughter got her A level results and passed on all four ! She will be going at Stafford College to do a Foundation course for a year in Art and Design.

    Among the healing request this month; Hearthwitch`s dad as he went in for a quadruple bypass, Minerva`s son in law Tom suffering from brain damage and a broken jaw, Patty`s friend Diane for a stroke, Garry who slipped a disk and to Storm Feather`s grand-father who suffered a massive stroke.

    The Grove membership rose from 286 to 291 members; posting 2915 messages.

    Weekly discussions were introduced by Georgia, Mab, Rinelme and Anne.
