Achievements Beyond the Norm

Mab Morrighan

Draig Athar

- stunned the Grove, and made Mab cry, with her portrait of the Morrighan (based on a photograph of Mab). This picture has since been placed onto several items of merchandise, including thongs, before being spotted and snapped up by New York game card manufacturers, Rage. The 'Mab Morrighan' portrait now illustrates the hero, Raven, in the Periphery set.

At the Grove's request, Draig Athar also created three stores in order to place her art where other members had said they wanted it: Store 1 (with the Mab Morrighan pics); Store 2 (with the Robot Knight lunchbox); and Store 3 (with Ivy's Sunflower).

Warriormail Mike caused many a happily moist eye, amongst the Grove's ladies, with his thoughtful Valentine's Day card.

7 new people joined the Grove, bringing our total membership to a whooping 157. We managed to post an unprecedented 5215 e-mails to Witchgrove in, not only a single month, but the shortest month of the year.

Linda Marie started her new job and moved house; while Mab was head-hunted by Aim Higher, linked to the University of Wolverhampton. She starts on March 8th.

Weekly discussions were introduced by Fair Trade Kate, Brianne Grant, Howard DeVore and Jeninia.

Bella Ravenheart opened her new shop in the Rocky Mountains, Colorado.

Singe presided over a massive gathering at the Wolverhampton Moot. The 16 newcomers were almost exclusively members of Witchgrove.

Veil Crossings and Rites of Passage

Aud received her magical name from deity and prepared to dedicate herself to the Pagan path.

Brad announced his intention to self-initiate to the Wiccan path at a major Sabbat later this year.

Following a poll to test the psychic insight of Grove members, well over half of the Grove divined correctly that Cerr is carrying a son.
