If we could have your attention.... we can get done with the messy business of the Witchgrove administration and get back to whatever it is you were all doing..... We'd like to welcome all the new members to our group and take this opportunity to let you know of all the wonderful happenings in and about the Grove....
BIRTHDAY CALENDAR:
For all of you who have not submitted your birth date yet and would like to.... please do and we'll add you to the Official Birthday Announcement Calendar Extravaganza. THEN, come your birthday we'll make you a cake and have a huge party for you with dancing.... oh... wait.... I've just been informed we no longer have the dancing mens but we still send lovely birthday blessings and wishes especially to you on your birthday.
FREE READINGS:
We offer various kinds of Readings to our members. To have someone do a reading for you go to the Witchgrove Yahoo Homepage in the column to your left click on "Database" and you see a "List of Readers". Next to the readers name you'll see whether or not they are reading... Then it's a simple as posting a message to the list with the subject line stating: "Reading Please....." with the Readers Name. Please include the name since many of our readers are on digest and are only able to skim the messages. As well.... please remember that these readings are for free and that our readers our doing us a great favor by volunteering their services. please be patient and if the reader is unable to do the reading you can select another. Additionally.... it is wise that you only select one reader for a reading as opposed to 3 readers for the same question.
WEEKLY DISCUSSION TOPICS:
We offer a weekly discussion topic on Monday's. The writers are members and usually write about something that they would like to learn more about through discussion or the topic is one that they have some knowledge in. Either way it's a learning opportunity for many of us.... just because the topic is presented on Monday, it is "ALWAYS" open for discussion. In addition to the Topic of the Week being posted on the list, the topics are archived at this location and can be read and re read at your convenience. We encourage members to volunteer for this and have had great luck with people contributing. If you would like to pick a week, don't hesitate to email the Mods. We are always available to assist you in writing your discussion.
CUT & PASTE:
Some members are on digest, it's the most convenient way for them to participate without the HUGE influx of mail that we, as a group, are able to generate. When you reply to a post, please cut and paste only the most relevant parts of the previous post. If you are unsure how to do this again.... we are here to help you.
LIST MANNERS:
In addition to all the wonderful things we have to offer, we offer ourselves... in that, many of us bear our souls, from deeply personal fears and sorrows to our glowing victories and happy moments. Regardless of how big or small, please be respectful of all members and take into consideration that one day you might be on the other side of that fence and would want and deserve the same respect from all the members.
We are not here to judge and all members have the right to an opinion and to practice their faith however they see fit. In the event that a topic becomes heated or if we as moderators feel that the topic could lead us into greater problems, we will ask that you cease discussion on list and take it off list for the sake of peace in the Grove.
We as moderators and owners have lives outside of the Grove. Please, if you feel the need to contact any of us, the best way is by sending an email to the Mods we are all capable of helping and sorting out issues without dumping on one moderator.
