Animal Hot Topics
Ever had a thread closed on a list because the discussion was too heated? Ever have a point of view that was not exactly popular? Ever wanted to discuss those topics that always got closed with comments like "Please, let's keep this list civil" or "That is too touchy a subject for this list"?
That is what this list is for. Air out those undiscussable topics here, vent your opinions without much moderation.
Please, the one thing I ask is that you keep the dicussion at least somewhat civil. Remember, we are here to share ideas and opinions, and if you disagree, attack the idea, not the person.
Example:
Statment: I believe that breeding animals is ok if you know what you are doing.
Appropriate response: I disagree, there are too many animals in this world and to produce more is, in my opinion, a selfish thing to do when there are so many *insert whatever fate animal faces*.
Inappropriate response: well you are stupid and selfish! why don't you think about the animals for a change, i hope you die!
